I received the new trailer light kit today from UPS.  I installed the lights and they work great. It was and is a pleasure to work with a company that will stand behind their product. I have recommended these lights to friends and they have had no problem, so maybe
I got the only bad ones.  (The only one that was bad was the left one, the right was fine)

Thanks again for all the help from all the Seasense gang I want to tell you how nice it is to actually talk to someone and have them actually care about the problem you have I have sense received the new pump and installed it and it works great I have also told any and everyone I know about all of the products that y'all carry and recommend them to anyone who asks I also have since bought several more Seasense products such as fenders poly coated chains switches and other rebuilding products. You may not think the actions that you did by fixing a small problem was a big deal but it's nice to know that the spirit of the water carries over in a company.
Not only did you gain a friend but a lifelong and loyal customer.

My Father and I bought a 1200 LBS Trailer jack from Cabelas by mail and when we opened it up to put it on and the top plastic cap was broken, Unified marine replaced the plastic cap within a couple of days and got everything working for us! Thanks!

About 2 years ago the Admiral bought me a deluxe snap and grommet kit.  So two weeks ago while standing on the swim step repairing a snap I dropped one little fitting for the crimp tool overboard.  Of course it is one of two of the most important fittings in the kit.  Could not locate parts to buy so I emailed Unified Marine.  I of course did not have a receipt after two years so I sent him a picture of the kit to prove that I have one.  The customer service guy couldn't find a loose single fitting in stock so he sent me an entire replacement kit
($ 80.00+ online).  This after 2 years, amazing.  And no charge.

By the way, I told you the light works now, but did not tell you that I love it! We have millions of bugs here in MN and my old light was about 28 inches, just above my head from the tiller seat. The new light extends to 60 inches and the bugs are decreased at head level by probably 90%. I walleye fish at and after dark and this is priceless to me. Plus, the led light is less harsh and more visible at the same time. I used to turn the stern light off when the bugs came out until I got a 115 dollar ticket from the DNR. Thank you again.

And the fact that it can be recharged with the small hand pump makes it, not only economical, but a good candidate for the ditch bags most coastal boaters carry in case they have to go over the side.
