Unified Marine Purchases 17 Additional Acres

Newport Tennessee Nov 28, 2006 Unified Marine, Inc. manufacturer of SeaSense brand boating and trailer accessories announced finalization of the purchase of 17 additional acres adjacent to it's current 22 acre operation.

Expansion plans for this property include additional loading bays, an expanded product testing laboratory and an on-site office building to relocate employees from temporary offices.
This expansion was made possible thanks to a $300,000 grant in October of this year from The Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development to provide sufficient water supply for fire protection at the facility.

"This addition will allow us to keep pace with current demand and provide ample space for expansion in the future." said Unified President Marc Emmi.

Unified Marine, Inc. relocated to Newport Tennessee from Naples Florida in May of 2006.
